General conditions for accommodation and provision of additional services (restaurant) at Hotel Vesta, Montana.

These Terms and Conditions (GTC) subject to adjustments apply directly or indirectly to all services provided by Hotel Vesta Montana, including reservations made via www.hotel-vesta.bg, tour agents, tour operators and hotel partners.

You can get to know them online, via mobile devices, on the spot, by email or by phone. By booking accommodation and / or providing an additional service at Hotel Vesta, Montana, and by browsing and using our website, regardless of which platform, including those of tour agents, tour operators, as well as the on-line reservation service for accommodation “Service”) are owned and managed by Vesta Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “us” or “our” or “Hotel”).

Our services are available for personal and non-commercial use. For this reason, you are not allowed to resell, create a deep-link (linking to site sub-pages rather than just its cover page), copy, observe (e.g. spyware or scrape programs), upload, download or reproduce any information, text, software, products or services available and available on our website for any purpose whatsoever commercial or competitive actions or goals without explicit consent of Hotels (hereinafter “website”).

You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below (“GTC”).

These GTC’s apply to all accommodation and / or provision of additional service in Hotel Vesta, Montana, as well as to all visitors to the hotel’s facilities, regardless of whether they have made a reservation or accommodation service.

Prices and Best Rate Guarantee
The prices on our website www.hotel-vesta.bg are highly competitive and include VAT and all other taxes and fees (may vary depending on the tax changes and internal regulations of the hotel management), unless stated otherwise another on our website or on the confirmation email.

In some cases, our website shows lower prices for a particular type of accommodation. However, for those rates set by the hotel, special limitations and conditions may apply to the cancellation or refund arrangements. Please check carefully the room description and the appropriate price for such restrictions and conditions before booking.
Obvious errors on our website (including printed) are not binding.

Request

By applying for a reservation and confirmation by the Hotel, a contract between us and you arises, which is regulated by the provisions of the present GTC, and in case of gaps, an application finds the relevant Bulgarian legislation.
To make a reservation, you need to provide a name, address and phone number.

Offer and Reservation

Offer is made individually upon request. The offer is valid only for the requesting customer until the deadline specified in the offer. The terms of the offer may be used by the addressee only if it accepts it within its period of validity and makes reservations for the services specified therein. Reservations for individual offers are subject to the GTC, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer. An individual offer is not valid for reservations already made.

A reservation (made in all possible ways) for accommodation is guaranteed when is paid at least 50% of the value of the service (unless otherwise agreed between the client and the hotel) by bank transfer, credit card or cash at Hotel Vesta, Montana. The amount of your entire reservation can be paid on site at the hotel.

For reservations including a period of accommodation during national or international Holidays, special offers or packages prepared by the hotel, a prepaid reservation of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount by bank transfer, credit / debit card or in cash.

No prepayment for individual requests (up to 4-6 people) is required for a restaurant reservation. For group bookings (more than 6 people), the hotel’s deposit is prepaid.

The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices and conditions in the event that the Bulgarian Government changes the current fees or imposes other regulatory changes.
Check-in at the hotel is done by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the client who made the reservation, proof of payment of the advance amount and confirmation or accommodation voucher.

In case the client wishes to be provided with additional services, out of accommodation, or has specific requirements regarding food, accommodation and others, he / she must declare them when submitting the reservation request. The hotel will do its best to satisfy them, but does not guarantee unconditionally their execution.

Accommodation conditions:

To make a reservation, you need to fill in some personal details – name, address, phone number. The data you provide are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in conjunction with your Reservation and will not be provided for other purposes.
Guests are accommodated after 14:00. Rooms are released until 12:00. If the room is not released for the first deferred hour after 12 hours, 10% of the overnight stay, the second overdue hour 50%, and the third over 100% will be charged.
Accommodation at the hotel is done by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the user who made the reservation, a document proving the payment of the advance amount and confirmation of accommodation.

Cancellation conditions groups only:

Only Group Reservations: All payments are due in full at the time of reservation for group bookings made 28 days or less before the scheduled arrival date and are not subject to refund. For group bookings made more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 10% deposit is due entirely at the time of reservation and is not refundable, and you must pay the remainder for your group booking at least 28 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If we do not receive a full payment within this deadline, your group booking will be automatically cancelled and the funds paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Reservation

If your reservation is not paid in full when making the reservation and the VAT rate changes between the date of your reservation and the date of your stay, we will adjust the VAT rate you have paid and we will charge you accordingly.

If your reservation is not paid in full at the time of booking, we will ask you to provide us with debit or credit card details at the time of booking and we will charge this payment card for the full cost of the reservation if you fail to appear.

Once you have settled in Hotel Vesta, Montana, you cannot change or cancel the reservation.

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made 5 days prior to the date of arrival. After this time you cannot cancel the reservation.

Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation and if no other terms and conditions of the amount paid are specified, the following penalties shall be deducted:
– up to 14 calendar days before the start date of the stay – 50% of the value
– up to 7 calendar days before the start date of the stay – 70% of the value
– less than 3 calendar days before the start date of the stay – 100% of the value.

Hotel “Vesta” Montana reserves the right to cancel confirmed and paid reservations in the event of force majeure and other, non-hotelier reasons. In these cases the hotelier:
– Offers accommodation in a neighbouring hotel with the same or similar conditions at the same rates.
– Offers accommodation for another period while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
– Refunds the amounts paid by the customer within 30 days of the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, and shall not owe a penalty to the latter.
